Doug Easter

President & CEO
Doug has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado and spent two years on the staff of Governor Gerald Baliles handling constituent affairs. He has ten years experience in sales, marketing, and management in the broadcast industry, and ten years experience with Easter Associates, becoming President and CEO in 2006.

William Murrill, CPA

Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer
William has a Masters of Accountancy and undergraduate degrees in accounting and information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. He most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at a Richmond-based media company. His business experience also includes more than 20 years in the photographic industry as a Chief Financial Officer and two years in public accounting.

Jonathan Williams

Executive Vice President
Jonathan received his juris doctor degree from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, CT, and a B.A. in political science from Mary Washington College. He spent two years as a legislative and regulatory analyst for the American Insurance Association in Washington, DC. and has been with Easter Associates since 2009.

Christina Sandridge

Vice President
Christina joined Easter Associates in February 2003 with over eight years of hotel management and hospitality industry experience. She currently works closely with multiple trade associations serving as both Meeting Coordinator and Associate Director. Christina also serves as Executive Assistant to the President.

Christine Heubusch

Association Coordinator
Christine graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Media Studies. As a member of the Easter Associates team, she provides office support to the associations, collaborates with the meeting coordinators on various projects, and assists on-site at many of the conferences and events. She takes a strong interest in meeting planning and is thrilled to grow with Easter.

Kristin Joseph

Art Direction & Graphic Designer
Kristin is a graduate of James Madison University, with a BFA in Graphic Design. Prior to coming to Easter Associates, Kristin worked as a Designer in both print and web for several different industries including: Print Media, Food, Legal and Design Agency industries. She is a creative problem solver and has a strong background in typography, visual media and brand aesthetics.

Samantha Kenny

Associate Director & Government Relations Manager
Samantha received her Masters in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. in political science and English from James Madison University. Prior to coming to Easter Associates, Samantha worked as an account associate for an engineering and environmental firm and as a Deputy Emergency Planner for the public health sector.

Janice Pfund, CPA

Janice is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Prior to joining Easter Associates in 2009, Janice spent 10 years running a bookkeeping business in Long Island, NY.

Kurt Pfund

Web Applications Developer
Kurt studied business and computer science at New York University. He has more than 20 years of experience in business management and has experience in local, regional, and national print and broadcast media. In 1996 Kurt began business programing and designed and maintained corporate data systems and websites. Since 2008 he has focused on creating websites and web based business applications.

Devon Possanza

Associate Director
Devon is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, with a BS in Public Relations. Prior to joining Easter Associates, she spent 10 years working as a corporate meeting and event planner.
