The staff is experienced in engaging speakers, negotiating hotel arrangements, and publicizing your functions to assure profitable attendance. Easter Associates Inc. personnel are in attendance at all meetings to register participants and assure that preplanning is carried out by the hotel, audio visual suppliers, and other support persons.

Committee meetings, board of director meetings, large seminars, and convention and trade shows for over 500 or more members and guests are executed promptly and on budget with a minimum of officer and board effort.
