Both the president and the comptroller have extensive training in accounting procedures. Billings for dues and other charges are made promptly and are processed according to a prescribed system until collected, posted, and funds deposited. The Easter Associates Inc. president and comptroller prepare the yearly budget for approval by your board prior to the beginning of the fiscal year. We prepare accurate quarterly financial reports and distribute them to board members. We have obtained tax exempt status for several clients and will oversee the filing of your association’s annual report and federal income tax returns.
