Easter Associates will plan and execute all meetings and conferences. Our staff is experienced in engaging speakers, negotiating hotel arrangements, and publicizing your functions to assure profitable attendance. Easter Associates personnel attend all meeting to register the participants and to assure that pre-planning is carried out by the hotel, audio-visual suppliers, and other support persons.

We plan committee and board of directors meetings, large seminars, conventions and trade shows for over 500 or more members and guests promptly and on budget with a minimum of officer and board effort.
